Mindful Movement - The Breathworks Way

Breathworks have now released the Mindful Movement Pack. Th is a complete introduction to mindful movement as developed and taught at Breathworks.The aims of the programme are fourfold:
  •     to improve your flexibility
  •     to improve your strength
  •     to improve awareness as you move so you can take the training into daily life - bringing awareness to lifting, walking, bending, reaching etc.
  •     learning to move with the breath rather than habitually holding the breath against movement.

Vidyamala is rapidly becoming an international author with her book Living Well with Pain and Illness, which is now being published in nine different languages. She is has been interviewed on several radio stations, in such diverse parts of the world including the USA, the UK, Jamaica and New Zealand.
Recently she was interviewed on Conscious TV, an internet TV company whose aim amongst others is "to stimulate debate, question, enquire, inform, enlighten, encourage and inspire people in the areas of Consciousness, Healing, Non-Duality and Psychology."
